Listing Information
MusicXS
is an online Music Directory that provides an organized-by-category
online directory of music links and information. And for those that
don't want to browse the listings, we offer online music search
of the directory and the internet.
Use of
the MusicXS Music Directory is available to the public for free.
MusicXS
offers a free annual membership available for anyone who wants to
add their music listing information or advertise on the MusicXS
website(s). Members also can be notified of site updates, special
"members-only" offers (downloads/discounts/free stuff),
can try advertising in the MusicXS directory for free and will be
the first to try out new MusicXS services, features and websites
(blogs, video uploads, localized music directories, self-service
member websites) as we roll them out.
MusicXS
members can submit either free or paid music listings to the directory.
Members can submit free listings to the MusicXS Music directory
and may already have a directory listing! Many of our directory
listings come from the Open Directory Project database, so if you
are listed in the ODP, then you may already be found in the MusicXS
MusicDirectory. Use the search box above to look for your website
information.
MusicXS
members who want to be able to update and enhance their directory
listing information can purchase an Basic ($10/year) or Premium
($25/year) Directory Listing. Members who choose the Basic or Premium
lisitngs will have password protected access to their MusicXS directory
listings and will be able to update them at anytime, as often as
they wish. All updates/changes to listing will NOT be available
immediately, because all updates/additions/changes must be reviewed
by one of our staff before the listing is changed.
The Music
Directory data from the Open
Directory Project (AKA the Mozilla Project) at http://www.dmoz.org
for many of its' music listings. The ODP
data is used by many popular search websites such as Google and
Yahoo.
If your music oriented link listing is available in the Open Directory
Project directory, then it may already be listed or soon will be
listed within the MusicXS Music Directory website at no charge.

if your website is already listed on MusicXS.
To submit
a new Free or Paid MusicXS Music Directory listing request,
you must register
as a MusicXS Music Directory User.
The user registration is free and we will NOT give your email address
to anyone else. Your email address will NOT be shown in the Music
Directory listings. Your City, State and Country info will be shown
along with your listing so your listing can be found by directory
users looking for music resources by geographic location.
Choose
a Basic Listing or a Premium Listing: To get either type of Music Directory Listing,
please browse the directory and find the category that best suits
your Directory submission. Go to that webpage and click on
"Add URL" or "Add Premium Link" from that category
page to begin the submission process.
Paid
Basic Music Directory Listing: $10 $10/annual fee (U.S. Dollars)
(that's about 3 cents per day for an internet ad with worldwide
accessability!)

New Music Directory
listings are reviewed by a human being within 72 hours to
make sure that the website content is appropriate for this
website. After your listing submission has been approved,
then we'll add your listing to the directory. We will email
you with a notice of acceptance or rejection. After your submission
has been accepted then you will be able to update and modify
your directory listing with your own password at any time.
